In 2021, our company was commissioned to digitise the labour, logistics and accounting records of Duna Dráva Cement Kft., to create a digital archive and to archive certain documents in a certified manner.

Delivery

Logistical documents that could be transported to the DWS Digital plant were collected from rural sites and transported to our headquarters or to the company's headquarters in Vac.

Digitisation of employment documents

Labour files were processed locally. The many old documents had to be scanned before they could be scanned, and crumpled or defective pages had to be digitised separately, by hand, using a flatbed scanner.

The scanning was then done on the high performance scanners. This picture shows the scanning of A3 documents.

Order back

The documents were then put back into boxes, to optimise the use of space, and then DDC have been stored in his own archives in Vác. 

Data capture

As handwritten data cannot be OCR'ed, the data was manually recorded by our staff.
